Wow it's been a long time since I've blogged... Been a little busy during the December holidays. I decided to upgrade my skill set by going for the Wilton 2 class on royal icing flowers. Love the apple blossom and the lilies which I learnt :D Piping flowers are easy but I still love sugar flowers :) Made the following for my finale cake!

I was using a cake dummy and I wanted to just keep the top so I decided to do it on a cake board.
