Rainbow Pinata Cookies

Is it a cookie or is it a rainbow? It's both! Recently we had a great time catching up with friends by having a mini-workshop on baking. We made rainbow pinata cookies! Love the color on the cookies, they were so colorful and pretty!!! What got us thrill wasn't just the color on the cookie, it was also a Pinata!!! :D

 I wanted to teach them how to use the cookie cutter to cut them out nicely so we could have pretty shapes but they didn't want to waste any ounce of cookie so they said cut squares lol!

  I love this piece the most! Although it wasn't a pinata but it was a pretty and cute bunny! :) I made a hole in the ears so that I could tie a nice bow on it.

I was going through some of the older stuff I did in the past and I found the recipe for Horlicks cookies! I remembered getting them of someone's website, can't remember which one thou. I haven't tasted them for a while so I decided to make them for my students. :)
