Taking a break from cakes, we have been getting our hands into making mooncakes! Once a year we get to eat mooncakes during the mid-autumn festival. The festival is held on the 15th day of the eighth month in the Chinese Calender. Mooncakes are offered between friends or family gathering while celebrating the festival.
