Sugar Flowers Certified!

After many days of making roses, lilies, rose leaves, shoes and shoe boxes, I am finally PME Sugar Flowers certified! Was a very interesting course. I have learnt to make many different types of flowers like geberas, carnations, freesias, fantasy flowers, orchids, roses and lilies. My favourite were the roses and lilies, I had to have them on my cake for my final project! This was by far my best cake yet.
