My next challenge was to create a cake for the St John's Ambulance Brigade. The cake may look simple, but I had to crack my brains a little for this one. I wanted to include the ambulance but I knew it should not be made entirely out of fondant. After watching many episodes of Cake Boss, I knew I had to use rice krispy treats but I could not find them in Singapore :( So my next best alternative, museli bars! Yes the entire ambulance is made of museli bars. I carved out the shape and covered it with fondant just like a cake. This was also my first time making a human figurine. I'm glad that it turned out great! :)
